There is a wait time, but I appreciate the level of personal, customer service you receive, so I never feel upset about waiting. Also, the rep. waiting on you, has vast knowledge about the musical instruments you are looking at. Sam Ash, is the very best music store I have ever been in.
I would give 10 star if could perfect transaction I order for Xmas a little lat well 2 days b4 and it came the next morning I was so surprised and happy my kids will have what they wanted for Xmas will definitely be buying more from them and spreading the word #go Sam ash

Bought some equipment for shipment to our Church in Africa. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and i liked their honesty over persuation. Overall, it was a tedious job juggling between the different good varieties of drums, hardware and cymbals . However, their expertise came in handy and customer saupport and satisfaction was up to it. God bless your business and staff.
Sam ash is the only big box store I choose. My only issue is you need more lefty guitars but that's just like everywhere else. I always get great deals, great service and I get to deal with knowledgeable people
Continue doing what you're doing. I love the store. It is a work of art in itself. I love the lighting, the interactiveness, and being able to try the instruments. The guy in the drums department was very patient with me as it took me an hour and a half to decide on my purchase. I'll be back.
