I came into the drum dept with about 7000 questions on converting from e-drums to acoustic. Evan Gilbert was putting a kit together and was happy to stop what he was doing and spend a lot of time answering my questions, telling me about his story, and explaining the differences in the 10 used drum kits they had. I ended up buying a kit, extra cymbal stand and cymbal, and other accessories. I can not speak highly enough about my experience, thank you!
Awesome, helpful, knowledgeable and nice
I purchased an amplifier and took it home. When I went to play, the amp was dead! An AC30 dead! So I took it back to get another amp. The staff were more than accommodating! They were very apologetic and waited on me hand and foot. I literally did nothing but look around and relax. Before I knew it, I was on my way home with a brand new amp and very satisfied.
Guitar tech (Sam) did excellent work as always on my guitar. Would recommend Sam Ash's services for any guitar player.

I went to the Sam Ash store in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania to trade in an old keyboard amplifier that I had not used in two years. Was greeted by a friendly person at the front desk, who helped me through the front door with the amp, and then directed me to the proper area of the store to have the amplifier assessed. The amplifier was in very good shape and I received a fair trade-in value for it, which I applied toward buying a new Shure microphone. The staff are really great and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The manager, Lee helped us resolve an issue with our piano and gave us good guidance on deals on purchasing accessories. Definitely recommend shopping in this store.
