Very knowledgeable staff members and customer service was excellent. Nate went above and beyond helping me Saturday night , shortly before closing and when I came back the following day. They did everything possible to find out what I needed to know and how to do it. Fair price, great customer service, inventory is smaller than it once was, yet that is on a production level, not store or consumer. All in all, definitely recommend Sam Ash Dallas.
Very friendly staff, massive selection of gear, and reasonable prices! Went in to buy some in-ear monitors and walked out with some new drum gear as well! (On my own terms, no one pushed me to buy anything) Overall had a good experience!

Ordered a beginner violin setup online, the financing deal is great and allowed me to buy something that's actually good, instead of wasting money on a "violin shaped object". When I got it I took it to the nearby store in Dallas and they tuned it for me and gave me a few pointers. a few days later I had a problem with the bow and went to the store again and they took care of it in about 5 minutes flat!
