I'm always satisfied with the service at my Sam Ash store. Been going there for years! They give me personal service every time. The guys know me by name, they know my brands and preferences, so every time I walk in I feel like I'm getting the "red carpet treatment" Thanks y'all!
When we went in to look at guitars into the guitar room there was a gentleman we asked to help us he was not too awfully friendly and then when we told him which guitar that we might want to look at he disappeared out of the room and never came back to even help us. I almost walked out but found a nice gentleman outside of the other register and he was very friendly and he helped us. I wish I knew the guys name that was rude but I will find out
Drumbo and the gang in the drum department are awesome to get drum supplies and ask questions about products. Keep up the good work

Guitar was repaired quickly, inexpensively and the repairman was great. He was able to find out what was wrong quickly and was very kind.
