Went to get my guitar strings since I broke one, I havnt been playing long so only restrung it once before (quite a struggle lol!) when I asked how much to install the strings FREE! My favorite 4 letter word! Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much!

I'd heard of Sam Ash in guitar magazines and online but had never been in there stores as there are none in El Paso. Accidentally drove by one in San Antonio yesterday, turned around, and went in out of curiosity (and a lust for all things musical). Anyway, they had a great selection of guitars, much broader than Guitar Center in El Paso, so I took my time in there. Didn't buy a guitar (yet) but did find some gifts for my granddaughters. After dealing with Guitar center for many years (yep,my mistake), I finally tried out Sam Ash. They are pretty far away from where I live. So, I started with an online order. I talked to someone who knew their inventory and new the used guitar I was looking for. The product was shipped the same day I ordered it. The cost for shipping was cheap and it arrived in 3 days.
