Customer service is always excellent. A few of the guys there really know their stuff. They display honesty integrity which quite frankly is rare when it comes to music equipment stores.
Right now it's hard to say, I have some issues with Pro Tools, and until I do, it'll be hard to really get a hand on how awesome this unit can be. I enjoy using PreSonus gear and once I figure this system out, then I can rock on.

I've bought several things here over my life time. One if the best purchases I made was a beautiful Paul reed Smith CS24, I got a great deal on it, along with a good Yamaha acoustic and a decent ukulele. I'll keep doing business with them until something happens with their service.
