I was directed to the drum department for a signature Paiste cymbal I was looking for, he located it in the warehouse, gave me the discounted price I was looking for and had it out for shipping the next day. Fantastic service!
I had to call in the order and that was fine….my expectations were fully met. Nice, knowledgeable person on the phone. Before that I tried two separate times to complete the order online but your site would not complete the payment via Apple Pay. Thank goodness for the human being. Once again …. Humans win. Tech still has a way to go..
I was looking for a fender tone master for a gig I was doing that evening. My current amp had some tech issues and I was wanting to go back to the fender amp sound. You only had a floor model. You offered a discount and we negotiated on a final offer site unseen. You assured me it was out of the box. I purchased this over the phone. When I arrived to pick it up, the rep had it ready with everything that came with it. Took it home plugged it in. It sounded amazing and then brought the the gig.
Great - except did not tell me part of the amp logo was broken before it got to me. One of the guys sent me some strings later to try and make up for it

Great financing terms, and I even received the shipped guitar in one day. It arrived with ALL of the original case candy, the guitar was MINT and was in tune, intonation spot-on, and the set up was good. BRAVO!!!
