I called the store in Carle Place, NY about a drum pedal I saw on reverb that I needed quickly for a show. I talked with Will and unfortunately the pedal I saw online was not available, but he went above and beyond to help me get the same pedal I needed from a warehouse and was able to setup expedited shipping to ensure I got the pedal when I needed it.
