Great transaction, and a rep even called me to inform me that the charger was not of American design and that I’d need to purchase one elsewhere. I was given a partial refund, so that’s great!

Something I've never done before, bought a guitar sight unseen. Took a chance on a 1968 Gretsch Nashville in Florida. Reasonably priced and the Sam Ash team was great at getting information to me about the guitar. Took the chance because it was Sam Ash and they have a 45 day return to any store policy. How could I lose. Guitar arrived a few days later, and it is exactly as described. I love it. It has quickly become my favorite, and I have many Gretschs. Thank you Sam Ash!
