Excellent service by Dan Rivera! Sam Ash had a pretty rare 20 year oldJackson shredder in MINT condition, Dan helped me make it possible to snag it. Great financing terms, and I even received the shipped guitar in one day. It arrived with ALL of the original case candy, the guitar was MINT and was in tune, intonation spot-on, and the set up was good. BRAVO!!!

I love dealing with SamAsh.com, either through their own website or purchasing through Sam Ash on eBay or some other online store. Sam Ash has always been very responsive online and also in the specific Sam Ash stores. Great selection and prices of merchandise.
It was only a purchase of strings and a instrument jack, but everything was fine and as advertised. Shipping in a timely fashion. I've bought a couple of guitars and an amp over the past couple of years from S.A. and everything was great. I even received a $25 credit towards my next purchase as customer appreciation. Nice.
From my first phone call to the City Of Industry store inquiring about a used David Eden D410 bass cabinet, I was shown great courtesy and respect. I even received a follow up phone call from Bobby the day after the cabinet had been delivered asking me how my experience was and if the cabinet met my expectations. You don't get service like this very often anymore, but these folks are the real deal! The cabinet was awesome as well! -Thank you all!!!
