The salesman was very helpful through the entire process . Michael Friedman helped me solve a payment issue and kept in contact with me throughout the process. FedEx delivered the item on time and put the heavy box next to where I was going to assemble it. Kawai’s written instructions and their YouTube video helped the assembly process.
The book I ordered was a little damaged so they called to see if I still wanted it. Because all the stores no longer had copies, I asked for a discount and they said yes. Also said I could return it if there were pages missing!😀
