Ben Morris assisted me with picking up a guitar that I ordered online, and his service was outstanding. He called me the morning after I ordered the guitar to let me know he had one in stock and asked my preference for new strings. When I came in to pick up the guitar later that same day, he walked me through how to change the strings as well as many other helpful tips for owning an instrument. I visited in store hoping to get help buying my first acoustic guitar and the staff was so so friendly and helpful. They took the time to really hold my hand so I was super grateful. I bought the actual instrument online, which was a seamless process as well! I’ve visited other large music shops too but it was so hard to get anyone’s attention since they were more focused on higher paying clients who actually knew what they were looking for. 😂
