I was so impressed with everything about my experience buying a used guitar from SamAsh. The price was the best around, the shipping was free and very very fast! The guitar came with a nice case and I wasn't even expecting a case. They included a bunch of picks and the thank you card was also a really nice surprise. I would buy from SamAsh again and agin. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Thank you.
Guitar was fine, Received daily emails about follow up purchases that were irrelevant as well as a telephone call encouraging me to use a 50 dollar gift card that i never received
The amplifier that I purchased was listed with a cover included. It originally was not shipped. I called the store. They found it and shipped it out immediately. Great price and great service. Will definitely shop again.
It was a great experience. I had a brief conversation with Andrew Walls about what I was looking for, and he was very attentive, quick and a pleasure to work with. He ordered the instrument, asked about anything else I needed (and sold me a set of extra strings and a gig bag) and we were done. When the instrument arrived, he unpacked it we both checked it out, tuned and played it briefly and I was done.

Great price on a guitar. Picked it up at the store and wasn’t able to get a box nor the hang tags. Not an expensive guitar or I would have walked away. Given some BS excuses as to why this was.
