I visited in store hoping to get help buying my first acoustic guitar and the staff was so so friendly and helpful. They took the time to really hold my hand so I was super grateful. I bought the actual instrument online, which was a seamless process as well! I’ve visited other large music shops too but it was so hard to get anyone’s attention since they were more focused on higher paying clients who actually knew what they were looking for. 😂

My new Yamaha DGX-670 arrived within two days of when I ordered it, and it was in excellent condition. This keyboard has amazingly beautiful sounds! Being interested in writing songs, I was originally more interested in the more expensive PSR line of keyboards. But I couldn't pass up this great of a deal! This keyboard was priced better from Sam Ash Music than anywhere else. And with 16 available tracks, it is a great tool for writing songs!
Sam was the first to give a discount on the amp so I got it and was delivered a few days later. Great service.
