Provided seamless service. They checked my guitar(Schector Reaper6 FR S) delivered to the store and found one of pickup location was too high. They just fixed it right away. The technician checked briefly my guitar to make sure everything is ok before I left. He also explained about how Sustaniac pickup works. That was good to know because it was very new to me. I had a pick-up order for some equipment and it was ready within hours. When I arrived, the employee was friendly and quickly brought me my order. The store was also clean and tidy. Great experience overall!
