Great price! Great packaging! Excellent follow up and tracking
After receiving a guitar that was damaged, I contacted Sam Ash and am now getting another one. The customer service was excellent during the whole process. Kind, courteous, and professional are words that describe my experience with Sam Ash. Zach, Bobby, and Chris are to be commended for all the help I received during the whole process of obtaining another guitar. If I ever decide to buy another guitar, Sam Ash will be the first place I look.
