Great! Ordered online ship to store to pickup in person. I wish I would have gotten an email or call from the store to let me know it had arrived. I had to check the tracking number to make sure it arrived. The website just tells me the order was completed or arrived but not that it was processed by the store and ready for pickup, that's the only weak point. Besides that, smooth process, would use again in the future.
Needed adjustment to the guitar I bought and Richard was outstanding!
