Chris Donnelly was excellent in assisting me in a lengthy and involved buying process. Chris was knowledgeable, professional, personable, and thorough throughout the process. Lisa also assisted in a very complicated delivery process. I ordered 2 Taylor guitars and both have been delivered. Chris and Lisa made every effort to make the delivery work the safest and most efficient in what has been a record-hot summer here in Texas.
