I really like Sam Ash stores. The salespeople have always been very friendly and helpful. If Sam doesn't have what I want, they always do their best to get it for me. Returns are à snap, and I never get attitude from the staff. Great products, great service. Great chain of stores!

Online-ordered an alto sax mouthpiece that was on backorder. A manager was assigned without asking to help me order and keep me informed, which he did splendidly. He accurately predicted the supplier’s schedule and contacted several times during the duration. SamAsh’s generous return policy allowed me to order the significant item with confidence, or I would have had to do without for much longer. Thanks!
The employee at the store was rude, but when I call David in customer service my experience change to the best. David was very helpful even call me to see if I had received my order. For me customer service the best.
