I have been a Sam Ash customer for decades. I found 4 suddenly hard-to- find drumheads through Sam Ash. They were packed and shipped with great care and promptly.
Very uneven. The store was severely understaffed! The one person I could find (Black man with a beard) to help me was very friendly, courteous and doing the best he could to give me good service.
