Fantastic store. Great service and amazing staff. George Rigney, store manager is a credit to Sam Ash, but you have to go see Mike in guitars if you want knowledge and someone to go the extra mile for you.
Michael, the telephone representative with whom I spoke, did an excellent job of resolving my concerns and facilitating a transaction to mutual benefit of buyer and seller on a used Pearl flute. The forty day return guarantee is unavailable at some other sources of used instruments. Generally speaking, I have found their new flute prices exorbitant and their sale policies via EBAY & elsewhere, unreasonably inflexible.
