Received the wrong item and when I contacted Customer Service, the agent was supposed to call me back the following day...Never got a call back and when I called back there was no record of my initial interaction with the agent.....Upon calling a second time, they took care of the issue right away and so kudos to their service recovery!!! I would have given them 5 star if not for the initial experience.....
