Jason Hurowitz was an utmost professional. He stepped me through the purchasing such that I felt fully aware of what I was getting and price I was paying. The sales rep, Michael Friedman, made the whole buying process smooth as silk. He answered all my questions . The whole process was probably 10 minutes or so.. Scott McConnell another rep also followed up after purchase just to see how everything was as did Michael Friedman. Can't say enough about customer service and it was American.
