Very fast shipping and the guitar was better than expected!
The sales rep, Michael Friedman, made the whole buying process smooth as silk. He answered all my questions . The whole process was probably 10 minutes or so.. Scott McConnell another rep also followed up after purchase just to see how everything was as did Michael Friedman. Can't say enough about customer service and it was American.
Michael deSoto is the reason I went with Sam Ash. Michael didn't just read up on the specification for the Hofner Bass guitar, he gave me information only a musician could give. His insight into the expected playing experience and unique sound quality, gave me the information I was looking for prior to purchase. Worked with Zack. He was great to work with. I bought a Gibson Les Paul 50’s Lefty. Tough to find. But as I said, Zack was all over it. Tracked one down for me and it is absolutely beautiful and so fun to play. I would recommend Sam ash, and Zack to anyone in the market for guitars. He was very knowledgeable.
