Excellent, I do order most of my equipment online and this is the first time I can recall dealing with Sam Ash. I called the Sarasota store and ordered my bass guitar thru Courtney and it worked out great, than I order a gig bag online and received it in 3 days. I have been having issues getting gear thru the other 2 big retailers, slow and mistaken on what gear is available. I Plan on using Sam Ash in the future.
