Ordered a "demo" keyboard and description of unit on webpage was accurate, stated it was a discontinued item. Store called me up to make sure that was all okay with that, which it was, and then they sent out the unit. Excellent customer service, and very happy with the purchase

Box delivered as advertised in original unopened packaging from the manufacturer. The keyboard was in excellent new condition. I had previously ordered this keyboard from another retailer and received a pre-opened and resealed box with the previous purchaser return sheet in the box. The keyboard was terribly damaged. Therefore, it was a relief to get my new keyboard in new condition from Sam Ash.
