The Roland JC-40 Amp arrived safe & Sound and as presented. A very nice amp that is a pleasure to hear the great sounds when playing my electric guitar.
I ordered an Adam Jones Les paul standard and when it arrived I got a shock when the headstock had broken in half before I ever opened it. After taking pictures and talking to the sales rep I had a shipping label within 20 mins and shipped it back that day. Should have a new one on the way tomorrow. Recieving a guitar like that in that shape is disgusting to say the least but the people at Sam Ash did the best the could with what they had access to...and thats all I can ask for.
