I knew what product I wanted but it wasn't in stock ( not the fault of Sam Ash - everyone was out ) but I was able to place my order and wasn't charged until it was shipped. The day after I received the item I was notified by web service that there was a price drop on that item but when I checked it against my order Sam Ash's price was already there. Of course every other aspect including shipping and product condition were excellent as I've come to expect from Sam Ash
I went into the Sam Ash store here in Jacksonville, Florida, near I-295 next to Best Buy. A nice lady spent the time helping me decide on a xylophone that I wanted to purchase. I later went on your website and ordered one. It is fantastic. I love it.
