Ordered by phone. Excellent follow-up. They didn't have what I wanted in the San Diego store, but located it in nearby L.A. and they shipped it directly to my house. I got it in 3 days!
Violin was in better condition than we initially thought it would be. The sales staff in Sarasota was outstanding answering my questions and getting it shipped to Bowling Green Ohio, on time!
My only complaint was the sticker that was affixed to the box

The call to Sam Ash was very pleasant And was surprised to have been told there was no shipping cost and the product was used with a few flaws which is to be expected but overall the experience was very good, and I am very satisfied with the guitar for the age of it looked almost like new.
Sam ash manager contacted me after the sale, put new strings on the guitar, and I received it faster then I thought. I would purchase from them again. Jim

The managers and staff at the Torrance store are amazing. Knowledgeable and helpful to a fault. Whether buying a new or pre owned guitars, parts, strings or cases, the team makes it fast and fun. I’ve ordered pedals one day and had them two days later. I purchased a pre owned guitar and the case was missing. They looked exhaustively. The manager ordered a new one…two days later, you guessed it, my guitar is protected. I support Sam Ash Music Stores and recommend them to my friends.
I knew what product I wanted but it wasn't in stock ( not the fault of Sam Ash - everyone was out ) but I was able to place my order and wasn't charged until it was shipped. The day after I received the item I was notified by web service that there was a price drop on that item but when I checked it against my order Sam Ash's price was already there. Of course every other aspect including shipping and product condition were excellent as I've come to expect from Sam Ash
