The sale on the phone was great. The representative was able to find the item in the closest store to where I live and have it shipped free of charge. Had the product, I ordered 2nd day air, but it took several days for them to pack and ship to me. Would have been nice to know that it was going to take several days before they shipped it. But it came, in perfect condition. I also missed the discounted price by 1 day.....
Sam Ash has been in the music industry for a very good time, the purchase of the Les Paul online went well. The are well versed in customer service and products. There were some supply availability issues, but that was the Gibson Factory so I just had to wait it out, very pleased when the guitar arrived and glad I got this one from Sam Ash.
The price for the book was reasonable. Shipping was fast, although I have no idea why they packed such a small book in a large box.
Well the first time I called the store I was waiting for someone in guitars to place an order, I understand the store can get busy at times, but I got hung up on. Could have been a mistake well I called back and told them what happened,and someone took my call right away. I placed my order, and everything went awesome. I got what I needed.
