I ordered a used acoustic . I got a great price and it came with a hardshell case . When I got the guitar it had no case . I had to contact customer service using the chat feature in the website . The customer service rep did not have good chat etiquette. They took about 2 minutes to great me once I was connected and after two attempts to see if I was connected they responded “ hold on a second “ they were quick to take on my issue and said they would send it to the manager . I called and spoke with James Eliser, who helped me through the sales process. He was great and answered all of my questions, and even sent a photo of one of the items from his phone. I feel like I got a great deal and James was pleasant and patient the entire time. I will purchase from him and Sam Ash again soon.
