Everything went great. Traded a bass on a new one. It arrived two days later. Salesperson was great, should get a raise!
Helpful staff answered questions before the purchase. They efficiently handled shipping and I got it quickly. Packing was not as proficient as possible. Item was described accurately. I used to go to their store in Brooklyn decades ago and their friendly vibe has stayed the same.
