Recently purchased an IEM system. There was trouble locating item but the crew was very professional. They tracked item down, kept me in the loop as they were locating item, and really provided great communication through the purchase. The item was delivered within 2 days. Wow! Also the product was on deep discount. I was a little worried but came with 14 day return and one year warrranty from SamAsh.
