I called and spoke with James Eliser, who helped me through the sales process. He was great and answered all of my questions, and even sent a photo of one of the items from his phone. I feel like I got a great deal and James was pleasant and patient the entire time. I will purchase from him and Sam Ash again soon.

She’s very attentive to what I express I desire in a purchase and she makes recommendations on what instruments to try. I’m extremely happy with the service and quality of Sam Ashes’ products. I will definitely make more purchases out of that Margate FL location despite living in North Carolina.
