I have always received great service and great prices from Sam Ash.
Ordered a Les Paul online. 4 days later, a store manager of Sam Ash, Taylor Walker, contacted me saying it’s an open box in great condition, and would give me a discount if I’m ok with it. After another 7 days I received the guitar and with the discount refined to my credit card. It just took a little bit longer than I expected, otherwise everything went smooth. Of course the guitar looks fantastic. I am quite satisfied with the purchase and the communication with Sam Ash is good.
Bought a squire bass. Would suggest a little better packaging as every delv service is rough. The holes in box were in the right spots so no damage. Good price and guitar.
I normally wouldn’t buy an instrument before playing it but when I saw the description of the Gibson Sg Jr I knew I’d better act fast. I was not disappointed one bit the guitar was an absolute beast and was everything I was looking for. I have purchased from Sam Ash many times and will continue to do so solely based on my trust and friendship with each store I’ve been to. Thanks for another great buy Sam Ash!!!
