relatively good price, quick delivery
It was a quick and easy online and then a phone call transaction. Knowledgeable Sales Professional who answered my questions was a pleasant surprise. Product showed up quickly and was well packaged. It is as described. I'm enjoying it.
I purchased my drum kit online, for a price that was very competitive, and it arrived from CA to FL in less than 1 week. Kit was exactly as described and look great. Only issue was the wrong tracking number given and I could not track for a few days. But, once I called customer service, that issue was corrected and tracking was accurate. Drums sound great and I love my new equipment.

I ordered a site to store amp. And received within 5 minutes of asking for it. Salesperson even loaded it in my car for me! Went over and above!!
My order was placed through a sales agent via telephone. Everything from order placement to shipment and receiving was excellent. The Fender Player Jazz Bass I ordered arrived earlier than promised and in excellent condition. The price was very competitive and I will order from Sam Ash again in the near future.

I wanted to buy it in the store, but they did not have it and I learned my local store was closing along with other Sam Ash stores! I feel horrible. I got my first guitar at SA and still go there. The modern shopper is lazy and buys online, but I like to support a local store plus see what I'm getting. If SA closed stores to stay financially healthy and are betting on online shoppers they have to update their websites; (better info, filters, add product videos).
