Easy great experience
It went so well Mr. Michael friedman was so helpful and knowledgeable and he helped me all the way till the end but I am very disappointed because one of the evans ec2 heads pack went missing from the shipment and even contacted the customer service but even they could not find the solution and I have to pay for the heads that I never got in the shipment.very frustrating.

Sam ash is awesome and most of the employees too. Just felt really uncomfortable with yesterday’s experience. I went in for my free set up and the employee that helped me was pretty cool but when I when he took me in front of the manager and they started to talk about “free” set up I just felt unwelcomed. I did apologize but I was told it was free and I got questioned why the other employee did not do the set up in the 1st place.
