I ordered an instrument online for pick up in the morning not realizing they didn’t open until 11. I completely forgot to check to see if it was ready for pick up and headed there during my lunch break. The order was not ready but the folks at Sam Ash were so helpful. They were able to pull up my order and fill the request for me. I greatly appreciated the excellent customer service.
