they left glass on in my car and he said he would not get it up. Don't know they used contractors to do their work I should have waited on. my insurance company. That is why they can do it in 1 day. do not used this company.

WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE EVER WITHBA COMPANY AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SAMEDAY WINDSHIELDS TO ANYONE EVER. Tried to give local business on Thursday March 2nd, 2023. set up installation for Friday March 3rd, 2023. Had to get installer to come back to car, before he pulled away, because the rubber installation, that runs down from roof to engine area was left sticking out on both sides of my car. I used this company for replace one of my car windshield on November and the professional came and replaced the windshield but there was a crack in that I reported again. Warranty team came and confirmed that crack is installation issue and raised a claim to replace. After 1 week there was new windshield was installed by the new professional but the insulation and molding not properly installed so when I drove vehicle in High way I heard some Air Leak and reported. Horrible service! Two days in a row I was promised they would replace my windshield and they blew me off with no phone call and never showed up! No explanation given and they were never able to reach the tech when I called! Go elsewhere!

The work itself was good and done fast. The technicians, though, didn't show up the day we scheduled, which means I was home all day waiting when I had other stuff to do. Then they came an hour after the scheduled time the next day.

They will leave you stranded and not show up when they are supposed to. I was On vacation, car hit a vulture, caved in the front window. They scheduled for 3 days later, between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm.
