This was an exercise in frustration and broken promises on the part pf the company. I called late on a Thursday morning and was assured that same day service was available that afternoon. However, at around 4 pm I was told that parts for my vehicle would have to be procured from Orlando, so, I would be scheduled for "first thing" Friday morning. Mid Friday morning came and I was informed that due to a couple of jobs that had to be done in Jacksonville Beach, they would not be coming until 1 or 2 in the afternoon. OK, but I w... read more

I would never use this company again, and I strongly urge anyone to stay far away. I drive a BMW M8 and made the mistake of trusting them to replace my windshield. Not only did they damage the leather interior during the service, but when I brought it to their attention, they refused to take ownership of the damage or make any effort to fix it. Poor service, tried to take advantage of female customer! Advised to cut electrical cord to the mirror camera because he couldn’t get in back on !
they left glass on in my car and he said he would not get it up. Don't know they used contractors to do their work I should have waited on. my insurance company. That is why they can do it in 1 day. do not used this company.

WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE EVER WITHBA COMPANY AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SAMEDAY WINDSHIELDS TO ANYONE EVER. Tried to give local business on Thursday March 2nd, 2023. set up installation for Friday March 3rd, 2023. Had to get installer to come back to car, before he pulled away, because the rubber installation, that runs down from roof to engine area was left sticking out on both sides of my car.
