They came out and replaced windshield but ended up breaking a plastic mount cover, I had to keep calling before they came out and replaced and then to top it off I NEVER received the $100.00 check when I called to ask about it was told it was to late and I didn’t qualify 😂😂😂.... I’m sure if they didn’t have to replace the part they broke then I would have qualified for it 😡

After noticing a very large crack in my windshield I called Same Day Windshield on Saturday to schedule an appointment on Monday. I provided the operator with my vehicle information and contact number. I was told I would receive a phone call an hour before the technician arrived. The technician DID NOT call to let me know when he was on the way, AND arrived at my house with the WRONG WINDSHIELD. called them at 10 am. shattered driver side windshield. Was told we would be contacted within a couple hours. 2pm called them back, was told installer would call me back within minutes. Called back at 3 was told installer on his way to get windshield and that he would be contacting me in minutes. Called them again at 4, they apologized and said installer will call right away. At 5pm they closed. Noone there to answer my calls. I'm sitting in a park and hour and a half away from home with a shattered windshield. I message the... read more

Never use this company. I called for same day service was told it would happen. Got a phone call 3 hours later after being told they had the glass only to be told oops sorry cant make it today will have to show up tomorrow. Tomorrow came and tech didn't show up until 3:30 but left because he didn't like that I was upset that he was late with no phone call. So two days no windsheild. Worst customer service I have ever seen.
Terrible door to door sales people misrepresent everything, and then hang up on you when you call them back.
My first appointment was set for Thursday in a 'window' from 10am - 2pm. Later they called to say it would be later in the afternoon, then called again to say they had to order the glass so it was changed for Friday between 2 - 6pm. Understandable. On Friday, they called me early in the morning saying they had someone close and could be here at 11am.
