Never use this company. I called for same day service was told it would happen. Got a phone call 3 hours later after being told they had the glass only to be told oops sorry cant make it today will have to show up tomorrow. Tomorrow came and tech didn't show up until 3:30 but left because he didn't like that I was upset that he was late with no phone call. So two days no windsheild. Worst customer service I have ever seen.
Terrible door to door sales people misrepresent everything, and then hang up on you when you call them back.
My first appointment was set for Thursday in a 'window' from 10am - 2pm. Later they called to say it would be later in the afternoon, then called again to say they had to order the glass so it was changed for Friday between 2 - 6pm. Understandable. On Friday, they called me early in the morning saying they had someone close and could be here at 11am. When the tech arrived, he had the wrong windshield (I gave them my car's VIN number and only 1 windshield fits for that VIN). They apologized and said I will be their first ... read more
