This was an exercise in frustration and broken promises on the part pf the company. I called late on a Thursday morning and was assured that same day service was available that afternoon. However, at around 4 pm I was told that parts for my vehicle would have to be procured from Orlando, so, I would be scheduled for "first thing" Friday morning. Mid Friday morning came and I was informed that due to a couple of jobs that had to be done in Jacksonville Beach, they would not be coming until 1 or 2 in the afternoon. OK, but I w... read more

I would never use this company again, and I strongly urge anyone to stay far away. I drive a BMW M8 and made the mistake of trusting them to replace my windshield. Not only did they damage the leather interior during the service, but when I brought it to their attention, they refused to take ownership of the damage or make any effort to fix it.
