would not recommend this company. left my car a mess with glass everywhere and all over the ground. didn't even hook up my rear defrost. very unprofessional

The work itself was good and done fast. The technicians, though, didn't show up the day we scheduled, which means I was home all day waiting when I had other stuff to do. Then they came an hour after the scheduled time the next day.

They will leave you stranded and not show up when they are supposed to. I was On vacation, car hit a vulture, caved in the front window. They scheduled for 3 days later, between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. We had an appointment for 9:00 to 2:00 pm today. At 4:00 pm they called and said they could not come for another week. After waiting around all day they told us it would be another week before they could come out!! The car is not drivable!! Find anyone else!!

I called and was promised same day service for a window replacement. My card was charged immediately and I was told a technician would be out between 2:00 and 6:00. No technician showed up and no one called to tell me that they wouldn't be coming until the next day. I was supposed to receive a receipt once work was completed for my ins company. I had to call 4 times to get the receipt. 1 person named Brandon was nice and tried to be helpful but everyone else was rude and nasty.

This was a horrible experience. They even charged me close to $1,200 for this replacement when a windshield normally costs closer to $400. They give no communication. You have to dig for information about your windshield process. I chose this place to it being the highest reviewed place when I did my quick search for a windshield company. do not use this company it will be a waste of your time they are so unprofessional unreliable and worst of all their technicians will threaten you with damage to your vehicle if you upset them because of their untimely and unprofessional and will lie to you Time After Time
