We had an appointment for 9:00 to 2:00 pm today. At 4:00 pm they called and said they could not come for another week. After waiting around all day they told us it would be another week before they could come out!! The car is not drivable!! Find anyone else!!

I called and was promised same day service for a window replacement. My card was charged immediately and I was told a technician would be out between 2:00 and 6:00. No technician showed up and no one called to tell me that they wouldn't be coming until the next day. I was supposed to receive a receipt once work was completed for my ins company. I had to call 4 times to get the receipt. 1 person named Brandon was nice and tried to be helpful but everyone else was rude and nasty.

This was a horrible experience. They even charged me close to $1,200 for this replacement when a windshield normally costs closer to $400. They give no communication. You have to dig for information about your windshield process. I chose this place to it being the highest reviewed place when I did my quick search for a windshield company. do not use this company it will be a waste of your time they are so unprofessional unreliable and worst of all their technicians will threaten you with damage to your vehicle if you upset them because of their untimely and unprofessional and will lie to you Time After Time

Cancelled 9 minutes before my scheduled appointment, after I had arranged to get the job done under a bank's drive thru since my truck is too large to fit it an average garage. Then the following day the technician wasn't responding to my calls or texts so I call the main office and they transfer me to Gloria, the "operations manager" who tells me that it is not in their best interest to work on my truck and then proceeded to hang up on me! Same Day Windshields is a completely misleading name and a flat out lie from my experience and. Same day, how about I scheduled earlier this week for Saturday. Today is Saturday and I set aside a 5 hour window of time only to be called by the installer with the news that the seal was not ordered. At least it's before 9am so my day was not completely ruined sitting and waiting for the call.
