I recommend the... (Verified Renter) I recommend the apartment for the friendly & helpful staff and a lot of nice neighbors. However, I sincerely feel that several apartment units needs some renovation and investment to justify that rent especially when neighboring apartments near by are promising more for around the same rent. Have already recommended... (Verified Renter) Have already recommended to friends, and one came to check it out already. Clean; well maintained; pet-friendly; have trees and grass as opposed to the constant desert dirt; staff friendly, knowledgeable and approachable; garages.
