I recommend San... (Verified Renter) I recommend San Carlos to everyone I can because of the outstanding property managers. They truly care about the community and the residents and it shows in everything they do.
Great living spaces, reasonable management The living arrangements at San Carlos are spot on. The apartments are set up like houses which makes it easy to feel at home. The two pools and jacuzzi are a great place to spend when it's 120° outside. The management can be spotty at times and sometimes you have to be a bit pushy to get them to fix something or help out with a problem, but overall they seem to care about their renters. I've renewed my lease here already, so it's definitely a reliable place to live.

The reason we... (Verified Renter) The reason we would not recommend this complex to anyone is the lack of accountability by other residents to pick up after their animals. We certainly would not rent in a complex that allows pets again. You may want to start DNA testing for animals to determine the identity of the violator. You need to address this issue in order to have the complex look good and smell welcoming.
