The reason we... (Verified Renter) The reason we would not recommend this complex to anyone is the lack of accountability by other residents to pick up after their animals. We certainly would not rent in a complex that allows pets again. You may want to start DNA testing for animals to determine the identity of the violator. You need to address this issue in order to have the complex look good and smell welcoming. I am not... (Verified Renter) I am not sure. But not being able to view my unit until the day of move in has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Seeing the condition of the unit on move-in day answers the question as to why this is policy. I would have requested repairs before move in or gone elsewhere. The condition of this unit is poor.
