I am not... (Verified Renter) I am not sure. But not being able to view my unit until the day of move in has left a very bad taste in my mouth. Seeing the condition of the unit on move-in day answers the question as to why this is policy. I would have requested repairs before move in or gone elsewhere. The condition of this unit is poor.
