very clean, good... (Verified Renter) very clean, good environment, besides the maintenance guy yelling all hours of the day. Likes to wake us up at 6 am or yells throughout the day at his dog or saying hi to others
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this community if your looking for a quite place to relax, especially after stressful work days! Neighbors are very respectful and never had a problem with the "noisy neighbor" issue people tend to get into with apartment complexes like this! Considering renewing my lease in 4 months!!
Very pet friendly... (Verified Renter) Very pet friendly here, the management staff is very professional and friendly, and the community as well kelp by maintenance crew and outside contractors. Finally, the neighbors are very friendly with me and my family.
The only issue... (Verified Renter) The only issue is the building quality. It didn't seem to have much insulation and the windows were not very high quality. It was very hot or cold depending on the weather.

amazing!!! Lived here for almost 2 years. I'm a veteran, so I'm used of moving around. Even after the military I felt comfortable moving around & trying out new places to live. San Carlos got me to settle down. Absolutely amazing staff. Very accommodating. MAINTENANCE ARE THE BEST! If it wasn't for meeting my wife while living here & starting a family I would never move! 24/7 pool, GYM and amazing trails in the area. Stores are close all over. Safe clean neighborhood. I will miss San Carlos. But I will miss the staff more. T... read more
