My son is now out of an inhaler because your office refuses to communicate with our pharmacy to get his prescription refilled. This is absolutely unacceptable. I expect a refill to be called in first thing 4/21/2023. My son will not suffer without because of your office’s lack of concern/care. We sat on hold with your office for over an hour today only to be hung up on. I will be reporting your office to the BBB if this is not resolved by 2pm tomorrow (4-21-20234).
Unreliable: poor communication and problems with prescription It has been over a week since my appointment with San Tan Allergy & Asthma and I have not been able to fill my prescription. I have left 3 messages with their offices letting them know about the issue but have not received any communication from them. I was seen at San Tan Allergy & Asthma on 12/8/22 and was prescribed an inhaler.
