Darlene practically reads your mind when it comes to what type of house will appeal to you. After seeing a few places, she took us to one that had not been previously scheduled based on my reactions to the previous homes. I had an immediate gut reaction the beautiful old world style house. Darlene is incredibly responsive, brilliant at problem solving, courteous and is able to turn around situations to create a winning situation for both buyer and seller so everyone is happy. Fantastic negotiating skills. Insiteful. Straightforward.
