Darlene Strait has tremendous marketing skills. The pictures and video of our home were very impressive. Secondly, Darlene has excellent communication skills. She stays in contact on a weekly basis whereby I was given the opportunity to strategize with her. Her main goal was to get traffic through the home. This review is overdue but not forgotten! Darlene helped my husband and I purchase a home and we could not be more pleased. She is the kind of realtor you don't just want but that you need at the negotiation table. To say the least, we were in a bidding war and her advice secured the home for us and then after inspections, her negotiation skills aided us in credits toward the purchase price. Just had the BEST Realtor experience with Darlene Streit and crew. Even though we were buying a modest place by Santa Fe standards, we were treated like we were buying a $3M house. We were 500 miles away during the month leading up to closingand Darlene assisted us with everything from recommendations on mortgage brokers to who to call to change utilities. Darlene and her team were so professional and easy to deal with.
