Lied to about how my vehicle would be serviced. We have brought our GMC in for a transmission shudder 3 times and the same result each time - no fix. GM says there is no fix - Schumacher could care less. We were told as of yesterday the torque converter would be replaced and that should fix the problem. Go to pick up the car today and again no replacement part and/or fix. To make matters worse the vehicle is now making more noises than when we brought it in. Beware of this dealer selling a new 2018 Chevrolet Colorado with VIN 1GCGSCEN3J1236815. Dealer notified and fully aware of damage on November 17, 2018. They sold me this vehicle on November 17, 2018 without any mention of damage. Upon bringing the vehicle home, I noticed body damage on the top of the cab and immediately contacted the dealer. The salesperson who sold me the truck said they would replace the vehicle. I returned the truck to the dealership on November 17, 2018 for a full refund. When I asked about a repla... read more

purchased a 2016 Silverado. The sales lady. Trudyann, was Awesome. really enjoyed the truck. right up to when the transmission went out. 19,000 miles. was pulling a motorcycle trailer with one motorcycle. approx. 1000lbs total. dealership in Ky. rebuilt it. approx. 1000 miles later. it intermittently loses, I think 3rd gear and reverse. it doesn't throw a code and they cant duplicate it. on there 5 mile test drive, without a load. Schumacher on Northlake Blvd took care of me right away. They were awesome!!! Roger Dean Chevy was the WORST customer service ever!!!!! Will never buy or have service work done there again. They refused to program an OEM key fob because I didn't buy from them. I'm a die hard Chevy guy and it makes me sick they represent the brand!!!!

Jesse, my service advisor is the Best. He has all the attributes of a great advisor. He is the only reason I come back for service. The dealership is only ok because of the physical condition of the entire facility. Sorry, it is a dump, seriously begs for an entire remodel . The second dealership problem is the "attitude ", culture of the other employees. Schumacher needs a heavy dose of charm school. If Schumacher wants to compete with the best, it must perform at least as good as the best. Jessi Solari is the best thing ... read more

As a longtime customer and former employee I'm extremely disappointed in the declining quality of customer service. Over the past six months I've been continuously disappointed by lack of attention to detail and inability of service personnel to put me the customer first.

I wish there was less than one star... 5 years ago I bought a 08 Saturn Skye redlines from the location on Northlake. I had constant problems with my wheels and tires throughout... I looked over that... spent 1000 dollars for new tires.... still didn't fix the issue. Today I just went into the same place. To trade in the same car I had bought... understand I bought the car marked to 16,999 walled out at around 19,000. I paid on that car every month 400 dollars. Never missed a payment... almost 5 years later I still owe 6000 ... read more
