"The most pleasant car salesman we have ever dealt with." Richard Gardiner was thorough and patient in spite of the fact that that there was so many differences in the MKC compared to our Tuscon. He went out of his way to see that we understood the workings of our vehicle. We have been back to see him several times and will recommend him to our friends when the ask our car buying advice. "Service department" Michael in the service dept. was wonderful to work with. I went in for an oil change and it was one of the easiest service appointments I've had in a long time. Then Joe made sure my car was cleaned and vacuumed. Thank you Schumacher Lincoln for having such great employees! it make a difference. Lucille Lovrich

"Wow; Five Stars! " This is my seventh car and by far the best experience I’ve ever had! I am leasing for the first time due to Mr. Craig Sabarese knowledge, personally this is the best fit for me. "First Lincoln" Salesman Cornelius Pressley introduced me to my first Lincoln with extreme knowledge, friendly manner and no pressure. I was very reluctant to trade in my Mercedes, but after driving the Lincoln, I was sold. Proud to drive American!

"Loyal 96 year old customer!" I have been a very loyal customer of this dealership for many years. I am 96 yrs of age and have had many Lincoln Town Cars in my life. "Complicated Evaporator Problem" As indicated we had a complicated situation with our Ford Fusion. Since I have had 16 years of experience with you and your predecessor and have purchased 5 Lincoln vehicles I brought the car to you. Dave Adams has serviced our cars for several years. "Best Buying Experience Ever" I've bought and leased many cars over the years but my buying experience at Schumacher Lincoln of Delray was the best ever. Steve P was respectful and understanding as he listened to my needs. There never was any pressure to buy from Steve and the negotiating with Tim was easy and fair. They have just earned themselves a return customer, which, in my opinion, most car dealership sales personnel never give thought to.
